1. Study of your project
Service: On-site consultation for your project | Study of your existing plans & technical constraints | Functionality of your space and ways to optimize it | Advice on improving energy performance.
Package: (deductible if pursued in phase 2).
Deliverables: Moodboard with proposed styles & color palette | Advice on the arrangement of fixed elements (walls) or movable elements (furniture) | An idea for a vintage item or a proposal for reissuing one of your existing pieces of furniture.
2. Design
Service: Measering & Creation of technical plans plus the necessary descriptions for the execution of the work.
Package : Starting from €1600 excluding tax, up to €2500 excluding tax for large areas.
Deliverables: Two offers for presenting your new layout in 2D plan with exact measurements to guide the building contractors (including demolition and elevation plans) | Creation of a 3D plan based on the selected 2D plan to help you visualize your renovation project clearly & validation of volumes & colors.
Objective: Confirmation of your project in order to start the renovation.
3. Project Execution & Construction site supervision
Service: Connecting with at least two construction contractors | Negotiation of quotes and selection of materials | Orchestration of the project from A to Z.
% Fees (service not including the introduction of a building permit): the average ranges between 10% and 15% of the cost of the work.
Deliverables: Renovation's detailed quotation* | Site progress reports (minimum weekly frequency).
Objective: Delivery of your project while respecting the budget within the expected deadlines.
